2014 Annual Meeting at Twins Oaks Winery

On November 9, 2014 Friends held our Annual Meeting at Twin Oaks Tavern Winery in Bluemont, VA. Attendees were treated to a winery tour by owner and winemaker Donna Evers before partaking in our traditional home cooked chili dinner prepared by FBRM members. The annual “Friend of the Mountain” award was presented to Al Van Huyck. Peter Weeks was elected by acclamation as Treasurer and outgoing Board members Katie Conaway and John Maxey were honored. Wonderful music was provided all evening by the Just Left Band.
