Tickets On Sale for Oct. 15 Celebration

It’s time to get your tickets to the Friends of the Blue Ridge Mountains’ Annual Celebration! The meeting and celebration takes place Wednesday, October 15, from 6–9pm. The event will be held at Good Spirit Farm & Winery, with catering provided by Savoir Fare Catering.

There will be live music and the presentation of the annual Friend of the Mountain award — the 2025 recipient will be announced in September. The featured speaker will be Mills Kelly, historian, podcaster, photographer, and author of Virginia’s Lost Appalachian Trail and the forthcoming A Hiker’s History of the Appalachian Trail (to be released the week before the event)

Friends of the Blue Ridge Mountains is the only nonprofit organization focused exclusively on the Blue Ridge Mountains in Northern Virginia and Jefferson County W.Va.  Ticket sales help support our work in local planning and zoning enforcement Tickets also fund our college scholarship program.
