Sleeter Lake Park, a new recreational area in Round Hill, offers an opportunity for Friends to collaborate with the town and several other partners to enhance an important part of the Blue Ridge Mountains ecosystem bordering the foothills. This is an exciting project that will result in a master plan for the Town of Round Hill, a tree-lined trail connecting Sleeter Lake Park with Franklin Park, an outdoor classroom, pollinator gardens – and more! Partners include Loudoun County Parks and Recreation, Loudoun Wildlife Conservancy, Loudoun County Master Gardeners as well as the Town of Round Hill.
